Custom Tape Ltd is a family owned and operated UK manufacturer of custom printed barrier tape, based in Leyland, Lancashire. With over 25 years of experience in the printed barrier tape industry, we produce and despatch every order from our own factory - selling direct to businesses across the UK and Europe with no agency markup and no middleman.
We manufacture both plain hazard tape and fully bespoke custom printed barrier tape. Our tape is made from high-strength non-adhesive polyethylene (LDPE), available from 50 to 200 micron thick - 90 micron is our super strong standard grade, striking the right balance between durability and flexibility.

Yes. We accept PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, and JPG files. Vector files give the best print quality. Our team checks all artwork before production begins.
We offer fully bespoke printing in up to 3 colours. Standard widths are 50mm, 75mm, and 150mm on 250m rolls. Standard thickness is 90 micron LDPE - super strong grade. Custom sizes available on request.
